If you prefer, you can also use our spare Windows or Mac PC by bringing your presentation data. HDMI and USB-C ports are available. The recommended slide size is 16:9.

For Poster Presenters

Flash Talk

Flash Talk session will take place immediately before the poster session, where each poster presenter will have 1 min to orally introduce the overview of their poster. All poster presenters are required to participate it.

To prepare for this, we ask you to submit 1 or 2 slides (landscape) in PDF format to the organizing committee thorough the following link by *December 3rd*. Show the title and presenters' names on the first page.

*The file name should be your poster number and name. For example, "77_Takano.pdf".

*Your number is shown in the Program; Poster page.

*The deadline is postponed until December 6th by am 8:00.

Please note the following procedure for the Flash Talk session:

Presentation Setup

• Each presenter will have exactly 1 minute for their presentation
• All presentation slides will be combined into a single PDF file and shown on the organizer's PC
• The organizer will handle slide transitions - please verbally indicate when you want to move to the next slide

Waiting Procedure

• The first 5 presenters (up to poster number 9 for odd-numbered groups or 10 for even-numbered groups) should wait beside the stage before the session starts
• After each presentation, the next presenter in sequence should move to the waiting area
• Please maintain a constant queue of 5 presenters in the waiting area throughout the session

Slide Operation

• The organizer will handle all slide transitions
• When you want to advance to the next slide during your presentation, please clearly say "next"
• Please be mindful of your 1-minute time limit

Posting of Posters

Please post your poster on the panel with your assigned poster number.

Poster numbers (P1, P2, P3, etc.) will be provided in the program and the upper left corner of the panel.

Please pin your poster with the pins available at the venue.

Posters must be posted at least 20 minutes before the poster session.

Removal of Posters

Please remove your poster after the poster session.

Posters not removed by the end of the poster session may be discarded by the staff.
