Functional Thin Film Materials

First Image

Research Divisions & Centers

We fabricate high-quality thin film materials with the atomically flat surface to extract the intrinsic performance and develop novel devices. Especially, we develop thermal switches, which can control heat flow electrically, and novel materials for advanced smartphones.
