Access the Zoom Meeting pre-registration URL and register your name and email address you used in the Symposium registration form.

Once your Zoom Meeting registration is approved, you will be redirected to another site with a URL where you can participate. At the same time, the Zoom Meeting URL, ID, and Passcode will be sent to your registered email address.

You can participate by accessing the URL of the Zoom Meeting you received. It is also possible to participate using ID and Passcode.
